Gaye Nelson-
My career in this industry began in 1991. I was the last one to interview on the last day, and they took a chance. During my time with this company, I was so interested in this industry and the background behind
radioactivity that I used this opportunity to train and grow with some of the best. I went from receptionist/secretary to Manager and Radiation Safety Officer.
Around 2014, I began to toy with the idea of owning my own business doing something I loved. So I took the jump and started Rad Solutions LLC with my business partner Pat Patel.

Pat Patel -
I started in this field in 1986, working with the density gauges. In the 90's, I became the radiation safety officer, and was in charge of 200 mCi and 2-50 mCi gages, performed safety training and leak tests. In the early 2000's I took on a new adventure working in nuclear waste industry. During my time doing this, I gained a lot of insight working in the industry. This was done through coming across very knowledgable people. Because of them, I have a small business (8a) working in nuclear waste.
